Sterling Silver Elongated Book Locket Necklace, Vintage Photo Pendant with Special Double Clasp Paperclip Chain - Beloved Statement
A rare vintage sterling silver locket is fashioned as a long book with plume like engravings and a wonderful polished scallop edged bail. This unique find is a wonderful size and shape and dangles on an equally special new chain made of large sterling silver paperclip links and double clasps. The double clasps were inspired by the Victorian era guard chains that I come across during my jewelry antiquing. The clasps allow you to easily add and remove charms and pendants for a fun customizable design. The large rectangular locket opens to reveal two sides ready to hold your beloved photographs. I fitted the back of the chain with a lobster clasp and ring for ease of wearing the chain after filling the large double clasps with charms and pendants.
