An excellent antique sterling silver medal fob features a raised blank shield and a fancy detailed edges. The gorgeous Victorian design is double sided and remains un-engraved. Medal fobs were once used in place of trophies being presented to winners of billiards, golf, bowling, swimming, and many other sports and activities. This one is from Birmingham England and was made in the year 1904. The over 100 year old pendant dangles from a new long sterling silver chain hand finished with a trigger clasp and ring.
