Antique Sterling Silver Hammered Envelope Necklace, 1904 Stamp Case Hallmarked Locket Pendant with Paperclip Chain - To You
Over 115 years ago, this wonderful sterling silver envelope locket was fashioned. The hammered sterling silver design is stamped with full UK hallmarks from the Birmingham, England assay office for the year 1904. The envelope opens for little letters, photographs, or inspirational words to be placed inside. The pendant is set on a new sterling silver paperclip chain hand finished with a lobster clasp and ring. There is a ding on the bottom of the envelope by the hallmarks but it does not distract from the beauty of this special piece.

Hallmarks: Maker's mark "C V & Co" for Gourdel Vales & Co, a lion passant for solid sterling silver, the town mark for Birmingham, England, and the date letter "e" for 1904
