This gorgeous and rare antique locket features sparkling rhinestones or paste stones and tiny turquoise spheres (most likely turquoise hued glass beads). The little baubles are set in a simple engraving reminiscent of lily of the valley. This wonderful round picture locket opens to reveal two places waiting to hold your beloved photographs. The circa early 1900's locket dangles on a new 14k gold filled chain hand finished with a lobster clasp and ring. While I try to keep my collection strictly to lockets in mint condition, the gold on this locket does show some rubbing (not through the gold, just showing a subtle texture); however, it does not distract from the beauty of this piece.
